GOALS
- Continue to encourage and enhance the professionalism of our sales
personnel by providing sales and product training on a regular basis; sometimes in
conjunction with our principals.
- When expanding in the future, always try to have the most
qualified individual- one who displays initiative, imagination and innovation, as well as
one who thrives and is motivated by the challenges of our business line.
- Service and growth of existing lines by meeting or exceeding
marketing goals and sales quotas.
- Recruit product lines that are of a complimentary nature. Ones
that would enhance the sales and perhaps the visibility of existing lines and future
needs.
- To forecast the market for future needs.
In summation, the quality of the line is much more important than the
number of lines a representative carries. We at Data Mark, Inc. are dedicated to not over
burdening our sales force with a multitude of lines so as to hinder their sales efforts
and cause their time to become too fragmented and unproductive.
