(East Bound) From New Haven, CT (about 15 to 20 minutes):

Take I 95 North to exit 59. (Goose Lane).

At the end of the ramp, turn right. 

At the light, turn left onto Route 1. Go up the steep hill. 

Follow Route 1, also known as Boston Post Road, for about 1.7 miles. 

When you go under the train trestle, look to your right Garnet Park is after the parking lot for the New England Traditions.  Look for the hedge stone with the name of the street on it. Also go to the Town of Madison web site for directions. 

Turn right onto Garnet Park Road. Number 44 will be on the right about 3/4 mile down.

(West Bound) From New London, CT  (about 30 to 45 minutes):

Take I 95 South to the Mungertown Road exit number 60. 

Turn left onto Mungertown Road.  Cross over  I-95.

Follow Mungertown Road to Route 1, also known as the Boston Post Road.

 Take a right onto Route 1.   

You will pass the Madison Commons and Hammonasette Ford on the left

Look for the stone with the name GARNET PARK on it, this will be before the street on the left.

Take a left onto Garnet Park Road. Number 44 will be on the right about 3/4 mile down.

From Port Jefferson, Long Island by Ferry:

From there follow the New Haven Directions from above.
